1. Preamble
Toolscale (“the Platform”, “we”, “our”) is an online membership service that facilitates access to a curated selection of premium digital tools provided by third-party service providers.
We are not the owner, reseller, distributor, or official partner of these tools, nor do we provide them directly. We act solely as a facilitator of access for our members.By accessing or using Toolscale, you (“the User”, “you”, “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree without reservation to these Terms of Use.
2. Purpose
Toolscale provides members with access to a private VIP area, enabling them to benefit from shared access to selected premium digital tools.
All tools and services accessible via the Platform are provided by third parties, over which Toolscale has no control or responsibility.
3. Available Tools
The list of tools available to members may include, but is not limited to:
AI text generation and conversational systems
AI image creation and editing services
Advanced productivity, automation, and data processing tools
This list is subject to change at any time.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent availability of any tool.
Access may be modified, restricted, or terminated without notice, particularly in response to changes made by third-party providers.
4. Membership and Usage Rules
Access to the VIP area requires a valid membership subscription.
Users agree to use the tools in compliance with the respective third-party providers’ terms of use.
Users must not attempt to bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any technical restrictions, security measures, or usage limits.
Account sharing, resale, or unauthorized distribution of access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Abuse of the tools (including but not limited to excessive usage, automation for resale purposes, or disruptive behavior in the community) will result in an immediate ban without any refund.
5. Disclaimer of Liability & Non-Affiliation
Toolscale is not responsible for the operation, performance, policies, or changes of third-party tools.
All trademarks, service names, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
Toolscale shall not be liable for:
- Downtime, interruptions, or changes in third-party services;
- Loss of data, profits, or opportunities;
- Account suspensions or bans imposed by third-party providers due to the User’s actions.
The User is solely responsible for their actions when using third-party services accessed through Toolscale.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect only the information necessary to manage memberships and access. Personal data will never be sold and will only be shared when required to provide the service.
7. Termination of Access
Users may cancel their membership at any time via their account settings.Toolscale reserves the right to suspend or terminate access immediately and without refund in cases of:
- Violation of these Terms of Use;
- Abuse, fraud, or misuse of tools;
- Unauthorized account sharing.
8. Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated by appropriate means, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall first be subject to amicable resolution before submission to the competent courts in France.
