2. Subscription Plans & Payment

‍Toolscale offers recurring monthly subscription plans.
Payments are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, cryptocurrency gateways).
By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge the recurring subscription fee until you cancel.

3. Refund Policy

All sales are final.
‍No refunds will be issued once membership access has been granted, except in the event of a proven, major technical failure attributable solely to Toolscale. Refunds will not be provided for:
Account bans due to misuse or violation of the Terms of Use;
Downtime or removal of third-party tools;
User errors or failure to cancel before the renewal date.

4. Billing & Cancellations

‍Membership renewals occur automatically on the billing date until cancelled.Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Right to Refuse Service

‍Toolscale reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to any User at our sole discretion, including cases of:
- Abusive, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
- Account sharing or resale of access;
- Breach of any clause in the Terms of Use;
No refund will be granted in such cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

‍To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Toolscale shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or inability to use third-party tools.
Users agree to indemnify and hold Toolscale harmless against any claims related to misuse of the services.

7. Governing Law

‍These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts in France after an attempt at amicable resolution.

8. Conclusion

Toolscale is a platform that connects users who wish to share access to various online tools.
Toolscale is neither a reseller of subscriptions nor a provider of the third-party services accessible via the platform.
By using Toolscale, users unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.
